Our approach to every engagement
Discovery conversation
We begin by listening. A first conversation covers your organization's context, the specific challenge you are facing, and what a useful engagement outcome would look like. No charge, no obligation.
Scope and timeline agreement
We propose a fixed scope, a fixed timeline, and a fixed fee. Before we begin any analytical work, both parties sign a scope and confidentiality agreement that defines exactly what will be delivered and when.
Structured assessment and analysis
The engagement work proceeds according to the method specific to each service — surveys, interviews, document review, framework application. The senior consultant named in the proposal leads the work directly.
Deliverable review and handover
The draft deliverable is reviewed with you before finalization. Your input is incorporated. The final document is issued and walked through in a handover session with your leadership team.
One-month follow-up
Four weeks after delivery, we schedule a follow-up call to discuss implementation progress, answer questions that have emerged, and assess whether further support would be useful. This is included in every engagement fee.
Defined timelines
Two to six weeks depending on service. Start and end dates agreed before work begins.
Written deliverables
Scorecards, frameworks, and manuals — not slides. Documents designed to be used, not filed.
Confidentiality agreement
Signed before any diagnostic conversation. Your organizational information stays within the engagement team.

Team Effectiveness Assessment
ENGAGEMENT DURATION: 2 WEEKS | FEE: 3,700,000 VND
Most teams that are underperforming know something is wrong but cannot name it precisely. This assessment gives a name to it. We evaluate a specific team's effectiveness across five dimensions: clarity of purpose, role definitions, communication patterns, conflict resolution habits, and decision-making quality.
The assessment combines structured surveys sent to all team members, individual interviews with a representative sample, and direct observation of one or more team interactions. Findings are synthesized into a team effectiveness scorecard with a targeted set of improvement actions ranked by expected impact and implementation difficulty.

Companies with proven revenue often find themselves at a capital gap — too large for informal funding, not yet structured for institutional capital. This advisory engagement bridges that gap by helping you understand your actual funding options, assess your current readiness for each, and design a realistic fundraising path.
We cover capital needs assessment (how much, for what, over what timeline), funding source comparison across bank debt, venture capital, private equity, and government programs, investor readiness evaluation covering financials, governance, and management team presentation, and a fundraising timeline with clear preparation milestones. We do not provide broker services — our role is to prepare you to engage with capital providers confidently on your own terms.

Many Vietnamese companies face growing pressure from partners, regulators, or investors to formalize their approach to risk management — but most have no existing ERM structure to build from. This engagement creates one, end to end, adapted to your company's actual size and operational complexity.
We cover risk taxonomy (defining and categorizing the risks relevant to your business), assessment methodology (how risks are identified, scored, and prioritized), appetite statement (what risk levels your leadership is willing to accept), monitoring dashboard design (how risk status is tracked over time), and governance structure (who is responsible for what).
