Each engagement is priced to reflect the depth of work involved: the Team Effectiveness Assessment at 3,700,000 VND represents two focused weeks of analysis and synthesis; the ERM Setup at 17,300,000 VND reflects a five to six week build of a governance system most organizations would otherwise spend months and multiple consultants attempting to produce. Every price includes the follow-up call.
